We Help When You Need It Most

When cost stands in the way, we’re here to make compassionate end-of-life care possible.

If you’re facing end-of-life costs you can’t manage, apply below. We review every request with compassion and urgency.

You're facing one of the hardest moments a pet owner can face.
Your pet is at the end of their life.
The cost of end-of-life care feels overwhelming and out of reach.

And asking for assistance feels like admitting failure.

It's Not.

Asking for help takes courage. The fact that you’re here proves you love your pet. That’s what matters. We created this foundation for exactly this moment. You’re not alone.

What We Can Help With

We provide financial assistance for two end-of-life services:

Our focus is narrow so we can help more families when it matters most.

Private Humane Euthanasia

When your pet is suffering and euthanasia is the kindest choice, we may be able to cover the cost.

Private Pet Cremation

We help families afford private cremation so you can bring your pet’s ashes home or give them a final resting place.

Who May Qualify

You might qualify if:

You live in Maryland

How the
Process Works

Answer a few questions about your situation and your pet. Takes about 10 minutes.

What you’ll need:

  • Your contact information
  • Your pet’s basic information
  • Your veterinarian or cremation provider’s details
  • Estimated cost of services
  • Brief explanation of your financial situation
  • Attach required documents when submitting your application, 1. proof of residency, 2. proof of income or proof that you receive a form of public assistance.
  • Proof of pet ownership, i.e. adoption contract, microchip information linked to you, vet records in your name

What you won’t need:

Tax returns. Bank statements. Lengthy justifications.

Every application is reviewed within 48-72 hours. We prioritize urgent situations where pets are currently suffering.
We’ll contact you by email with our decision and next steps.

If approved, we coordinate payment directly with your veterinary clinic and cremation provider. Funds go straight to them, not to you, so you can focus on your pet while we lift the financial burden.

You focus on saying goodbye.
